We offer classes for every level, 6 days a week. The classes are conducted in a semi-private setting so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10 minutes early. 


Self-Defense & Muay Thai 

Learn how to defend yourself, improve your stamina, strike the heavy bag and pads, along with core strengthening exercises in a friendly environment.

Fat Loss

Here, we pair resistance training with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), to help you build lean muscles and shed the unwanted fat. Improve body composition according to your own body type and goals.  

Strength Development

Here, we apply proven systems to increase strength by combining compound lifts with accessory exercises and core strengthening workouts to improve athleticism and power. 

Metabolic Conditioning

This class consists of circuit training with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and plyometrics. For certain individuals, the workouts may be sports specific depending on your physical activities.
