How to get started

Step 1

If you are interested in becoming a member, please fill out the form in the Program Design page. This information provides us valuable information which will determine the workouts designed to help you reach your desired goals. 

Step 2

Once we establish a goal oriented program, we will set up a meeting to evaluate any health conditions, restrictions, mobility, balance, strength and agility. Our number one priority is to keep our members injury free by providing the correct technique and tempo for each exercise.  

Step 3

In order to bring our new members up to speed with basic movement fundamentals and techniques, we have created a 2-day course, called New Member Introduction 1 & 2. There will be a workout each day, covering the techniques demonstrated during the class.

How much is it?

We believe what we offer shouldn't cost you a car payment. For only $89/month, you will receive unlimited membership which includes customized training programs along with weekly Self-Defense and Muay Thai conditioning classes.

$10 daily drop in fee per class is available as an option for those who are interested.
